Product Overview

These are CNC machined joint assemblies (not including motor), designed for MX-106 Dynamixel Servo Motors. The Dynamixel MX-106 securely mounts to the joint assembly using M2.5 screw threads in the MX-106 front aluminium housing. There are two sections in the joint assembly, for mounting to your system. There is an input and output connection to the assembly, for mounting the joint to your system, with M4 threaded holes, spaces in a 16mm square pattern.

Note: Dynamixel Servo Motors are not included - these are for reference only, to show the fitment.

Load Isolation

  • The joint assembly prevents thrust load from affecting the servo motor, as well as radial load.

Materials and Process

  • Made from 6061-T6 Aluminium alloy, CNC machined. 

Features

  • Twin ball bearing design, with internal spindle, isolating forces from the servo motor.
  • Split clamp output connection - the output connection position can be adjusted easily on the spindle shaft. 
  • Hard stops built into design, for applications that require non-continuous rotation (safety feature).
